Specifications
Experience & Level: Minimum of 3 years of proven, relevant work experience in the painting or finishing industry.
Knowledge: In possession of a relevant vocational diploma or MBO 3/4 level (thinking and working level).
Independence: Ability to work on projects both as part of a team and completely independently.
Quality: A keen eye for detail and a demonstrated focus on delivering excellence.
Specifications
Training: At least a completed MBO education
Motivation: Strong willingness to learn, enthusiasm for the profession and willingness to work hard.
Availability: Available for the full internship period as required by the program.
Communication: Good command of the Dutch language, both oral and written.
Attitude: Punctuality, reliability and a neat work attitude.
